What ages do you see?

Our doctors see babies, children and teenagers. Please tell us your child's age when you book.

Can I book at night?

Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

How fast can the doctor arrive?

In most parts of Dubai the doctor arrives in around 45 minutes, depending on traffic and location.

How do I pay?

We confirm the fee before the doctor is sent. You can pay by card or cash during the visit.

In a medical emergency such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding or loss of consciousness, call 998 for an ambulance right away.
