FAQ

Common questions

Anything else? Call or WhatsApp us and we'll answer right away.

Is an IV drip at home safe?

Every session starts with an assessment by a DHA-licensed doctor, uses sterile single-use equipment, and is monitored throughout. If a drip isn't suitable for you, the doctor will tell you.

How long does an IV drip take?

Most sessions take 30 to 60 minutes, plus a short assessment beforehand.

Can I have the drip in my hotel room or office?

Yes. We come to homes, hotels, hotel apartments and offices across Dubai, 24 hours a day.

Who should not have an IV drip?

People with some heart or kidney conditions, during pregnancy, or on certain medications may not be suitable. The doctor checks this before starting.

How do I pay?

We confirm the fee before the team is sent. You can pay by card or cash during the visit.

In a medical emergency such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding or loss of consciousness, call 998 for an ambulance right away.
