How fast can the doctor arrive?

In most parts of Dubai the doctor arrives in around 45 minutes, depending on traffic and location.

Can I get a medical report for my travel insurance?

Yes. The doctor can give you a consultation report you can submit to your insurer.

How do I pay?

We confirm the fee before the doctor is sent. You can pay by card or cash during the visit.

In a medical emergency such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding or loss of consciousness, call 998 for an ambulance right away.
